The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared

Senate File 376, a bill for an act relating to the regulation of
credit unions by authorizing additional powers and defining
certain business relationships and establishing a penalty, with
report of committee recommending amendment and passage, was
taken up for consideration.
Cormack of Webster offered the following amendment H- 5122 filed
