 and mining operations, by amending the hearing procedures, by
providing for administrative actions and the assessments of
penalties by the division of soil conservation for
noncompliance, and establishing additional penalties, was taken
up for consideration.
Klemme of Plymouth moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.
