production and providing an applicability provision, a
conditional repeal, and an effective date.

COMMITTEE ON JUDICIARY
House File 2136, a bill for an act relating to the inclusion of
a communication or contact agreement in an order for the
termination of parental rights or in an adoption decree if the
child had previously received child foster care.

Recommended Do Pass March 1, 1996.
Committee Bill (Formerly House File 415), relating to the rights
of victims of criminal acts, by providing that victims receive
notice of all proceedings relating to the crime and the transfer
of custody of offenders charged with the crime, and giving
victims the right to be informed of the progress of the
investigation or prosecution and to make oral or written
statements at sentencing, and removing special immunity
provisions for certain persons.
