The Speaker announced that House File 2332, previously referred
to committee on appropriations, was rereferred to committee on
economic development; also: House File 2348, previously referred
to committee on commerce-regulation, was rereferred to committee
on local government; also; House File 2254, previously placed on
the calendar was referred to committee on ways and means.

EXPLANATION OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on February 26,
1996. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House File
2202 and Senate File 2072.
