States Congress to enact legislation and appropriate funding to
ensure that drainage district assessments are not adversely
affected by federal acquisitions of lands in drainage districts.

SCR 102, by committee on human resources, a concurrent
resolution designating the week of January 7-14, 1996, as
Children's Week in Iowa.
