         Senator Bisignano withdrew amendment S-3025 filed by him on
    February 1, 1995, to House amendment S-3022.

         Senator Gronstal asked and received unanimous consent that action
    House amendment S-3022 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 3 be deferred.



                           HOUSE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED

    Senate File 69

         Senator Vilsack called up for consideration Senate File 69, a bill
    for  an act relating to county expenditures of property taxes for mental
    health and developmental disabilities costs by providing for reduction
    of property taxes, making appropriations, and providing an effective
    date, amended by the House in House amendment S-3082 filed March 1,
    1995.

         Senator Vilsack offered amendment S-3591 filed by Senators Vilsack,
    et al., from the floor to House amendment S-3082.

         Senator Lind called for a division of House amendment S-3082.

         The Chair ruled that the House amendment was not divisible.

         Senator Lundby offered amendment S-3593 filed by Senators Lundby,
    et al., from the floor to amendment S-3591 to House amendment S-3082.

         Senator Vilsack asked and received unanimous consent that action on
    amendment S-3593 to amendment S-3591 to House amendment S-3082, and
    amendment S-3591 to House amendment S-3082 be deferred.

         Senator Bennett offered amendment S-3361 filed by him on April 5,
    1995, to House amendment S-3082.

         Senator Bennett asked and received unanimous consent that action on
    amendment S-3361 to House amendment S-3082 be deferred.

         Senator Lind offered amendment S-3172 filed by him on March 22,
    1995, to House amendment S-3082.
