         Amendment S-3580 lost.

         Senator Deluhery moved the adoption of amendment S-3575, which
    motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         With the adoption of amendment S-3575, the Chair ruled amendment
    S-3373 filed by the committee on Commerce on April 6, 1995, to pages 1
    and 2 of the bill, out of order.

         Senator Deluhery moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.
