UNFINISHED BUSINESS CALENDAR Senate File 441 On motion of Senator Szymoniak, Senate File 441, a bill for an act relating to payment of expenses for persons with mental retardation, and placed on the Unfinished Business Calendar on April 6, 1995, was taken up for consideration. Senator Connolly took the chair at 7:15 p.m. Senator Szymoniak withdrew amendment S-3249 filed by her on March 27, 1995, to page 1 of the bill. Senator Szymoniak asked and received unanimous consent that House File 505 be substituted for Senate File 441. House File 505 On motion of Senator Szymoniak, House File 505, a bill for an act relating to payment of expenses for persons with mental retardation, was taken up for consideration. Senator Priebe offered amendment S-3577 filed by Senators Priebe, et al., from the floor to page 1 of the bill, moved its adoption and requested a record roll call. President Boswell took the chair at 7:43 p.m. On the question Shall amendment S-3577 be adopted?
