                          UNFINISHED BUSINESS CALENDAR

    Senate File 413

         On motion of Senator Gronstal, Senate File 413, a bill for  an act
    relating to underground storage tanks by increasing the environmental
    protection charge, providing for the use of risk-based corrective action
    standards, expanding property transfer insurance and loan guarantees,
    extending the compliance date for upgrade requirements, creating
    marketability and innocent landowner funds and providing benefits,
    requiring certification of groundwater professionals and creating a
    penalty, requiring a study, and providing for repeals, and
    implementation, effective date, and retroactive applicability
    provisions, with report of committee on Ways and Means recommending
    passage, and placed on the Unfinished Business Calendar on April 6,
    1995, was taken up for consideration.

         Senator Gronstal offered amendment S-3579 filed by him from the
    floor to pages 1, 2, 4, 13 and 14-16 of the bill and moved its adoption.
