         Senator Judge raised the point of order that amendment S-3546  was
    not germane to the bill.

         The Chair ruled the point well taken and amendment S-3546 out of
    order.

         The Senate resumed consideration of amendment S-3548 by Senator
    Hammond to page 9 of the bill, previously deferred.

         Senator Judge offered amendment S-3567 filed by Senators Judge and
    Bartz from the floor to amendment S-3548 and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3567 was adopted by a voice vote.

         With the adoption of amendment S-3567, the Chair ruled amendment
    S-3560 by Senators Judge and Bartz to amendment S-3548, previously
    deferred, out of order.

         Senator Hammond moved the adoption of amendment S-3548 as amended,
    which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Szymoniak offered amendment S-3566 filed by Senators
    Szymoniak and Tinsman from the floor to page 14 of the bill and moved
    its adoption.

         A record roll call was requested.

         On the question Shall amendment S-3566 be adopted? (S.F. 484) the
    vote was:
