         Senator Dvorsky moved the adoption of amendment S-3561, which
    motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Giannetto withdrew amendment S-3547 by him to page 11 of
    the bill, previously deferred.

         Senator Gronstal offered amendment S-3565 filed by Senators
    Gronstal, et al., from the floor to page 30 of the bill.

         Senator Szymoniak raised the point of order that amendment S-3565
    was not germane to the bill.

         The Chair ruled the point not well taken and amendment S-3565 in
    order.

         Senator Gronstal moved the adoption of amendment S-3565.

         A record roll call was requested.

         On the question Shall amendment S-3565 be adopted? (S.F. 484) the
