         Senator Giannetto offered amendment S-3526 filed by Senators
    Giannetto, et al. , on April 20, 1995, to amendment S-3481 and moved its
    adoption.

         Amendment S-3526 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Giannetto moved the adoption of amendment S-3481 as
    amended, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Giannetto moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On the question Shall the bill pass? (H.F. 203) the vote was:

         The Senate resumed consideration of House File 528, a bill for  an
    act relating to criminal and juvenile justice, including authorizing the
    suspension of the juveniles motor vehicle license, authorizing a
    criminal justice agency to retain a copy of a juveniles fingerprint
    card, providing that certain identifying information regarding juveniles
    involved in delinquent acts is a public record, exempting certain
    offenses from the jurisdiction of the juvenile court, placing a juvenile
