         The Chair ruled division S-3529A by Senator Fink and division
    S-3512B by the committee on Natural Resources, both to amendment S-3484,
    previously deferred, out of order.

         Senator Iverson withdrew amendment S-3536 filed by him from the
    floor to amendment S-3484.

         Senator Priebe moved the adoption of amendment S-3484 as amended,
    which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Priebe offered amendment S-3542 filed by him from the floor
    to page 23 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3542 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Priebe moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On the question Shall the bill pass? (H.F. 519) the vote was:
