    to page 22 of the bill.

         Senator Priebe offered amendment S-3540 filed by Senators Iverson
    and Priebe from the floor to page 25 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3540 was adopted by a voice vote.

         The Senate resumed consideration of amendment S-3484 as amended by
    the committee on Agriculture, previously deferred.

         Senator Fink offered amendment S-3539 filed by him from the floor
    to amendment S-3484 and moved its adoption.
