         Senator Drake offered amendment S-3437 filed by Senators Drake, et
    al., on April 13, 1995, to page 13 of the bill.

         President pro tempore Bisignano took the chair at 10:52 a.m.

         Senator Lind offered amendment S-3463 filed by him from the floor
    to amendment S-3437, moved its adoption and requested a record roll
    call.
