                 IOWA TELECOMMUNICATIONS & TECHNOLOGY COMMISSION

         A cost benefit analysis concerning the use of video conferencing by
    the area education agencies, pursuant to the 1994 Iowa Acts, Chapter
    1184, section 25. Attached is the required written report for
    consideration by the  Commission at the next scheduled meeting on March
    30, 1995.

         An Annual Report for the period ending June 30, 1994, per the
    requirements of Iowa Code Chapter 411 (411.5[6a]).

         The Annual Report for Fiscal Year 1994.

                                LOTTERY DIVISION

                     IOWA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE AND FINANCE

         Independent auditors reports, financial statement and supplemental
    information as of December 31, 1994.

                         DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES

         A report regarding the status of Solid Waste Comprehensive Planning
    Areas and the State in attaining the July 1, 1994, twenty-five percent
    waste reduction and recycling goal.  The report has been prepared to
    meet the requirements of Code of Iowa Section 455D.3, Subsection 3,
    Paragraph a.

         Pursuant to the 1994 Iowa Acts, Chapter 1184, section 25, the Iowa
