         Senator Priebe offered amendment S-3440 filed by him from the floor
    to pages 9 and 14 of amendment S-3436 and moved its adoption.

         Senator Judge offered amendment S-3443 filed by Senators Judge and
    Neuhauser from the floor to page 14 of amendment S-3436 and moved its
    adoption.

         Amendment S-3443 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Murphy offered amendment S-3444 filed by Senators Murphy,
    et al., from the floor to page 24 of amendment S-3436 and moved its
    adoption.

         Amendment S-3444 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Black moved the adoption of amendment S-3436 as amended,
    which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Black moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
