    reported nonsubstantive changes to the members of the Ways and Means
    Committee on Senate File 479 and they were attached to the committee
    report.

    Final Bill Action: *SENATE FILE 480 (SSB 349), a bill for  an act
    relating to changing the point of taxation of motor vehicle fuel by
    requiring suppliers, restrictive suppliers, importers, exporters,
    dealers, users, or blenders licenses, changing reporting periods, and
    adding penalties and providing an effective date.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 11: Palmer, Husak, Bennett, Connolly, Deluhery, Drake,
    Hedge, Iverson, Neuhauser, Priebe, Szymoniak. Nays, none. Absent or not
    voting, 4: Freeman, McLaren, Murphy and Vilsack.

    Fiscal Note: REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    Recommendation: AMEND AND DO PASS AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-3405.

    Freeman, Hedge, Iverson, McLaren,  Priebe, Szymoniak and Vilsack. Nays,
    none. Absent or not voting, 2: Murphy and Neuhauser.

    relating to the definition of entities eligible for property tax
