                     CONFIRMATION OF GOVERNORS APPOINTMENTS

                         (En Bloc Confirmation Calendar)

         In accordance with Senate Rule 59, Senator Husak called up the
    following eligible appointees on the En Bloc Confirmation Calendar:

         Kathleen M. Morgan as a member of the Board of Social Work
    Examiners.

         Kathy G. Kahue as a member of the Investment Board of the IPERS.

         Dr. Donald R. Jacobi as a member of the Iowa Board of Veterinary
    Medicine.

         Cindy Raspiller as a member of the Iowa Emergency Response
    Commission.

         Dr. Harry C. Rasdal as a member of the State Health Facilities
    Council.

         Senator Husak moved that the foregoing appointees be confirmed by
    the Senate.

         On the question Shall the appointees be confirmed? the vote was:
