    Final Bill Action: SENATE RESOLUTION 13, a senate resolution deferring
    action on the confirmation of appointments submitted by the Governor.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE RESOLUTION.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 6: Horn, Boswell, Bisignano, Gettings, Gronstal and
    Husak. Nays, 3: Rife, Kramer and Lind.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

         Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent to take up for
    consideration Senate Resolution 13.

    Senate Resolution 13

         On motion of Senator Kibbie, Senate Resolution 13, a senate
    resolution deferring action on the confirmation of appointments
    submitted by the Governor, was taken up for consideration.

         Senator Kibbie moved the adoption of Senate Resolution 13.

         A record roll call was requested.

         On the question Shall the resolution be adopted? (S.R. 13) the vote
