    Final Vote: Ayes, 9: Dearden, Gettings, Freeman, Connolly, Dvorsky,
    Giannetto, Hammond, Iverson and Maddox. Nays, none. Absent or not
    voting, 1: Banks.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.



    COMMERCE

    Final Bill Action: HOUSE FILE 126, a bill for an act relating to certain
    franchise agreements by amending provisions relating to transfer,
    termination, and nonrenewal of franchise agreements, and to a civil
    cause of action for appropriate relief, and repealing certain franchise
    provisions.

    Recommendation: AMEND AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-3373 AND THE BILL
    WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 13: Deluhery, Jensen, Bisignano, Douglas, Flynn,
    Freeman, Gettings, Gronstal, Hedge, Husak, Lundby, Priebe and Redfern.
    Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 2: Hansen and Palmer.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: HOUSE FILE 520, a bill for an act relating to
    electronic transfer of funds and establishing certain requirements for
    full-function point-of-sale terminals and electronic funds transfer
    facilities maintained or operated by a national card association,
    establishing a civil penalty, and providing an effective date.

    Recommendation: DO PASS.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 12: Deluhery, Jensen, Bisignano, Douglas, Flynn,
    Freeman, Gronstal, Hedge, Husak, Lundby, Priebe and Redfern. Nays, none.
    Absent or not voting, 3: Hansen, Gettings and Palmer.
