    State Government.

         House File 448, a bill for  an act relating to solid waste
    reduction and recycling goals.

         This bill was read first time and assigned to the committee on
    Natural Resources.



                           INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION

         Senate Concurrent Resolution 26, by committee on State Government,
    a concurrent resolution urging the Congress of the United States to
    allow retired members of the United States Armed Forces who have a
    service-connected disability to concurrently receive retired pay and
    disability compensation.
