         Senator Giannetto asked that Senate File 401 be referred to the
    committee on Judiciary.

         Senator Deluhery stated he had no objection to Senate File 401
    being referred to the committee on Judiciary.

         Senator Giannetto asked and received unanimous consent that action
    on Senate File 401 be deferred.

         Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that House File
    515 be immediately messaged to the House.

         The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 181, a bill for an
    act providing a sales tax exemption relating to aircraft and providing
    effective date and retroactive applicability provisions, deferred April
    3, 1995.

         Senator Kibbie offered amendment S-3186 filed by the committee on
    Ways and Means on March 22, 1995, to page 1 and the title page of the
    bill.

         Senator Kramer offered amendment S-3266 filed by Senators Kramer
    and Lundby on March 28, 1995, to amendment S-3186.

         Senator Connolly asked and received unanimous consent that action
    on amendment S-3266 to amendment S-3186, amendment S-3186 and Senate
    File 181 be deferred.
