    Senate File 429

         On motion of Senator Szymoniak, Senate File 429, a bill for an act
    relating to advanced registered nurse practitioners by providing for
    coverage of services provided by such practitioners under a policy or
    contract providing for health care coverage, was taken up for
    consideration.

         Senator Deluhery requested that Senate File 429 be referred to the
    committee on Commerce.

         Senator Deluhery withdrew his request.

         (Action on Senate File 429 was deferred.)

    Senate File 401

         On motion of Senator Deluhery, Senate File 401, a bill for an act
    relating to consumer-related actions, was taken up for consideration.
