         The Chair ruled the point not well taken and amendment S-3123 in
    order.

         Senator Bartz moved the adoption of amendment S-3123.

         A record roll call was requested.

         On the question Shall amendment S-3123 be adopted? (S.F. 251) the
    vote was:

         Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
    express a conflict of interest, was invoked.

         Senator Bisignano moved that the bill be read the last time now and
