    Senate File 251

         On motion of Senator Bisignano, Senate File 251, a bill for an act
    relating to the legal age for gambling, providing an effective date, and
    providing a retroactive applicability provision, with report of
    committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration.

         Senator Bartz offered amendment S-3123 filed by him on March 13,
    1995, to pages 1, 2 and the title page of the bill.

         Senator Halvorson raised the point of order that amendment S-3123
    was not germane to the bill.
