    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 101, a bill for an act relating to bond
    issuance elections and authorizing the imposition of an income surtax to

    or community college and providing for the Acts applicability.

    Recommendation: AMEND AND DO PASS AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-3265.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 8: Palmer, Bennett, Connolly, Deluhery, Murphy,
    Neuhauser, Szymoniak and Vilsack. Nays, 5: Husak, Freeman, Hedge,
    Iverson and McLaren. Absent or not voting, 2: Drake and Priebe.

    Fiscal Note: REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 384, a bill for an act relating to
    regulation of food establishments and providing for fees and penalties.

    Recommendation: DO PASS.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 10: Palmer, Husak, Connolly, Deluhery, Freeman,
    McLaren, Murphy, Neuhauser, Szymoniak and Vilsack. Nays, 1: Iverson.
