IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED
Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that Senate Files
83, 433, 388, 431, 406, 389 and Senate Joint Resolution 13 be
immediately messaged to the House.
HOUSE MESSAGES RECEIVED AND CONSIDERED
The following messages were received from the Chief Clerk of the
House:
MR. PRESIDENT: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the
House has on March 28, 1995, passed the following bills in which the
concurrence of the Senate is asked:
House File 118, a bill for an act relating to compensation of
volunteer fire fighters when subpoenaed as witnesses.
This bill was read first time and passed on file.
House File 406, a bill for an act relating to the investment of
the proceeds of bond issues and other evidences of indebtedness and the
use of earnings from the investment.
This bill was read first time and passed on file.
