HOUSE MESSAGES RECEIVED AND CONSIDERED
The following messages were received from the Chief Clerk of the
House:
MR. PRESIDENT: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the
House has on March 27, 1995, passed the following bills in which the
concurrence of the Senate is asked:
House File 483, a bill for an act relating to activities of the
department of human services, including provisions involving the state
hospital-schools and other institutions, commitments of persons with
mental retardation, and the departments public housing unit.
This bill was read first time and passed on file.
House File 505, a bill for an act relating to payment of expenses
for persons with mental retardation.
