IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that Senate Files 459, 179, 263, 197, 337, 371, 106 and 390 be immediately messaged to the House. HOUSE MESSAGES RECEIVED AND CONSIDERED The following messages were received from the Chief Clerk of the House: MR. PRESIDENT: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the House has on March 27, 1995, passed the following bills in which the concurrence of the Senate is asked: House File 483, a bill for an act relating to activities of the department of human services, including provisions involving the state hospital-schools and other institutions, commitments of persons with mental retardation, and the departments public housing unit. This bill was read first time and passed on file. House File 505, a bill for an act relating to payment of expenses for persons with mental retardation.
