Senate Journal: Page 823: Wednesday, March 22, 1995

         Senator Hammond offered amendment S-3180 filed by her from the
    floor to page 1 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3180 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Bisignano offered amendment S-3178 filed by him from the
    floor to pages 1-3 and the title page of the bill.

         Senator Giannetto offered amendment S-3181 filed by him from the
    floor to amendment S-3178 and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3181 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Giannetto moved the adoption of amendment S-3178 as
    amended, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Bisignano moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On the question Shall the bill pass? (H.F. 215) the vote was:
