Senate Journal: Page 822: Wednesday, March 22, 1995

         Senator Szymoniak offered amendment S-3127 filed by the committee
    on Judiciary on March 15, 1995, to page 1 and the title page of the bill
    and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3127 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Szymoniak moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

    House File 215

         The Senate resumed consideration of House File 215, a bill for an
    act to require that all inmates of the institutions under the control of
    the department of corrections perform hard labor, and providing
    transition provisions, previously deferred.
