    Final Bill Action: *SENATE FILE 450 (SSB 315), a bill for an act
    relating to the imposition of an additonal fee for application for a
    marriage license and appropriating the fees to fund the displaced
    homemaker program.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 9: Szymoniak, Hammond, Boettger, Dvorksy,  Hansen,
    Kramer, Neuhauser, Tinsman and Vilsack. Nays, none. Pass, 1: Bartz.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

         *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau
    reported nonsubstantive changes to the members of the Human Resources
    Committee on Senate File 450 and they were attached to the committee
    report.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: *SENATE FILE 453 (SSB 147), a bill for an act
    relating to public health by providing for measures related to lead
    inspection and abatement, and providing a penalty.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 6: Szymoniak, Hammond, Dvorksy, Neuhauser, Tinsman and
    Vilsack. Nays, 4: Boettger, Bartz, Hansen and Kramer.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.
