Senate Journal: Page 762: Tuesday, March 21, 1995

         Senator McKean offered amendment S-3160 filed by Senators McKean,
    Drake and Gettings from the floor to pages 11, 18 and the title page of
    the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3160 was adopted by a voice vote.

         With the adoption of amendment S-3160, the Chair ruled amendment
    S-3155 filed by Senator Bisignano from the floor to pages 4 and 5 of the
    bill, out of order.

         Senator Lind asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw
    amendment S-3146, previously deferred.

         Senator Priebe filed the following motion to reconsider from the
    floor:

         MR. PRESIDENT: I move to reconsider the vote by which amendment
    S-3129 to Senate File 290 was adopted by the Senate on March 21, 1995.

         Senator Priebe asked and received unanimous consent that action  on
    Senate File 290 be deferred.

    Senate File 320

         On motion of Senator Deluhery, Senate File 320, a bill for an act
    relating to the regulation of state banks and other financial
    institutions by the division of banking of the department of commerce,
    was taken up for consideration.

         Senator Gronstal offered amendment S-3159 filed by him from the
    floor to pages 17, 22, 31, 85, 99 and 107 of the bill and moved its
    adoption.

         Amendment S-3159 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Deluhery moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On the question Shall the bill pass? (S.F. 320) the vote was:
