         Senator Lind offered amendment S-3146 filed by Senators Lind,
    Lundby and Drake on March 20, 1995, to pages 12-14 of the bill.

         Senator Vilsack asked and received unanimous consent that action on
    amendment S-3146 be deferred.

         Senator Bartz offered amendment S-3157 filed by him from the floor
    to pages 12-14 and 18 of the bill and called for a division:

         Division S-3157A: Page 1, lines 2-22.

         Division S-3157B: Page 1, lines 23-31.

         Division S-3157C: Page 1, lines 32-50; page 2; page 3, lines 1-28
    and lines 31-34.

         Division S-3157D: Page 3, lines 29 and 30.

         Senator Bartz asked and received unanimous consent that action on
    division S-3157A be deferred.

         Senator Bartz moved the adoption of division S-3157B, which motion
    prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Bartz moved the adoption of division S-3157C, which motion
    prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Bartz withdrew division S-3157A, previously deferred.

         Senator Bartz moved the adoption of division S-3157D, which motion
    prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Gettings offered amendment S-3145 filed by him on March 20,
    1995, to page 13 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3145 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Rife offered amendment S-3158 filed by him from the floor
    to pages 11, 12 and 18 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3158 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator McKean withdrew amendment S-3156 filed by him from the
    floor to pages 11, 18 and the title page of the bill.
