Senate File 228
On motion of Senator Black, Senate File 228, a bill for an act
relating to the statewide notification center by providing that the
center is subject to the open meetings and public records law, requiring
certain financial information to be reported, establishing an audit
requirement, and providing a penalty, was taken up for consideration.
Senator Black offered amendment S-3105 filed by him on March 8,
1995, to pages 1 and 2 of the bill and moved its adoption.
Amendment S-3105 was adopted by a voice vote.
