    Senate File 226

         On motion of Senator Fraise, Senate File 226, a bill for an act
    relating to the disposition of valueless mobile homes, modular homes,
    and manufactured homes, was taken up for consideration.

         Senator Fraise offered amendment S-3093 filed by him on March 2,
    1995, to page 2 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3093 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Fraise moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On motion of Senator Fraise, Senate File 227, a bill for an act
    providing for the compilation and dissemination of jail population
    reports, was taken up for consideration.
