                           HOUSE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED

    Senate Concurrent Resolution 15

         Senator Flynn called up for consideration Senate Concurrent
    Resolution 15, a concurrent resolution requesting that the Congress of
    the United States direct the Health Care Financing Administration to
    establish a national policy no later than July 1, 1995, for Medicare
    reimbursement of telemedicine services, amended by the House, and moved
    that the Senate concur in House amendment S-3109 filed by March 9, 1995.

         The motion prevailed by a voice vote and the Senate concurred in
    the House amendment.
