    Nursing Home Administrators pursuant to Section 155.2 for terms
    beginning May 1, 1995, and ending April 30, 1998:

         Warren D. Rippey, Des Moines, Polk County, and Patricia E. Tiarks,
    Sidney, Fremont County.

         For appointment as members of the State Board of Regents pursuant
    to Section 262.2 for terms beginning May 1, 1995, and ending April 30,
    2001:

         David J. Fisher, West Des Moines, Polk County; Ellengray C.
    Kennedy, Bancroft, Kossuth County, and Beverly A. Smith, Waterloo, Black
    Hawk County.

         Gayle N. Vogel, Knoxville, Marion County, for appointment as a
    member of the State Board of Tax Review pursuant to Section 421.1 for a
    term beginning May 1, 1995, and ending April 30, 2001.

         As members of the State Citizen Foster Care Review Board pursuant
    to Section 237.16:

         Lil M. Perry, Washington, Washington County, for appointment for a
    term beginning March 13, 1995, and ending April 30, 1997, and Harriet
    Vande Hoef, Harris, Osceola County, for reappointment for a term
    beginning May 1, 1995, and ending April 30, 1999.

         For appointment as members of the State Health Facilities Council
    pursuant to Section 135.62 for terms beginning May 1, 1995, and ending
    April 30, 2001:

         Patricia A. Hofmaster, West Des Moines, Polk County, and Dr. Harry
    C. Rasdal, Spencer, Clay County.

         For appointment as members of the State Judicial Nominating
    Commission pursuant to Section 46.1 for terms beginning May 1, 1995, and
    ending April 30, 2001:

         Donald Culp, Fort Madison, Lee County; Carol A. Golden, Marion,
    Linn County, and Lee W. Holt, Spencer, Clay County.

         As members of the State Racing and Gaming Commission pursuant to
    Section 99D.5:

         Richard Canella, Fort Madison, Lee County, for reappointment for a
    term beginning May 1, 1995, and ending April 30, 1998, and Bradley R.
    Peyton, Urbandale, Polk County, for appointment for a term beginning
    March 14, 1995, and ending April 30, 1997.

         As members of the State Soil Conservation Committee pursuant to
    Section 161A.4 for terms beginning May 1, 1995, and ending April 30,
    2001:
