COMMUNICATION FROM THE GOVERNOR
The following communication from the governor was received:
February 15, 1995
John Dwyer
Secretary of the Senate
State Capitol Building
L O C A L
Dear Mr. Dwyer:
In a letter to you dated February 14, 1994, Paul S. Stave, Spencer,
Clay County, of the Accountancy Examining Board was inadvertantly listed
as one of the names to be withdrawn from Senate consideration for
confirmation because of the provisions of the Ethics law. His name
should not have been included on this list and he should have been
considered for senate confirmation for his reappointment term to the
Accountancy Examining Board beginning May 1, 1993, and ending April 30,
1996.
Therefore, we ask that he be considered for confirmation by the
Senate during this session.
Sincerely, TERRY E. BRANSTAD Governor
Communication was read and referred to the committee on Rules and
Administration.
