    to the relationship between a licensed real estate salesperson or broker
    and the parties to a transaction and providing an effective date.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 15: Gronstal, Kibbie, Rittmer, Bennett, Bisignano,
    Connolly, Dearden, Drake, Fink, Giannetto, Halvorson, Lind, Lundby,
    McLaren and Sorensen. Nays, none.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.
