         The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to
    have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to.

         Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that Senate File
    160 be immediately messaged to the House.



                              INTRODUCTION OF BILLS

         Senate File 307, by committee on Human Resources, a bill for  an
    act relating to public health by regulating tobacco sales and use and
    providing a penalty.

         Read first time and placed on calendar.

         Senate File 308, by Priebe, a bill for  an act establishing a
    preference in the sale of nonresident hunting or fur harvester licenses
    to nonresidents who own land in this state.

         Read first time and passed on file.
