         Amendment S-3113 was adopted.

         Senator Iverson moved the adoption of amendment S-3111 as amended,
    which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Neuhauser offered amendment S-3112 filed by Senators
    Neuhauser and Vilsack from the floor to page 2 of the bill and moved its
    adoption.

         Amendment S-3112 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Bartz offered amendment S-3116 filed by him from the floor
    to pages 1 and 9 of the bill.

         (Action on amendment S-3116 and Senate File 160 was deferred.)

         The Senate stood at ease at 4:15 p.m. until the fall of the gavel
    for the purpose of party caucuses.

         The Senate resumed session at 5:06 p.m., President Boswell
    presiding.



                           INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION

         Senate Concurrent Resolution 22, by Giannetto, a concurrent
    resolution urging the Congress of the United States to allow retired
    members of the United States Armed Forces who have a service-connected
    disability to concurrently receive retired pay and disability
    compensation.
