    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 205 (SSB 122), a bill for an act relating
    to shared superintendents for purposes of the supplementary weighting
    plan for public school districts and providing effective and retroactive
    applicability dates.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 13:  Connolly, Kibbie, Redfern, Deluhery, Dvorsky,
    Fink, Hammond, Iverson, Kramer, Lind, Neuhauser, Rensink and Tinsman.
    Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 2: Murphy and Szymoniak.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 206 (SSB 95), a bill for an act striking
    code language that conflicts with federal work-study program
    requirements and language relating to unfunded programs administered by
    the college student aid commission, and repealing from the Code certain
    unfunded programs administered by the college student aid commission.
