         State Government

         Relating to the distribution and sale of beer, providing for the
    regulation of brewer and wholesaler agreements, prohibiting certain
    conduct, providing for the transfer of business assets, providing
    judicial remedies, specifying applicability, and providing for other
    properly related matters.

         Ethics

         Relating to state government ethics and lobbying, by changing the
    definition of lobbyist, amending the ethics and campaign disclosure
    board complaint process, amending the two-year ban on activities by
    certain former state officers and employees, revising personal financial
    disclosure statement requirements, and making other changes related to
    the filing of personal financial disclosure statements.

         Transportation

         Relating to weight restrictions for certain self-propelled
    machinery considered an implement of husbandry.

         Judiciary

         Increasing the scheduled fines for certain motor vehicle operation
    violations.

         Judiciary

         Relating to the collection of delinquent court fines, surcharges,
    and costs.

    SSB 179
         Judiciary

         Relating to insurance coverage and registration requirements for
    motor vehicles in this state and providing penalties and effective
    dates.

    SSB 180
         Commerce

         Relating to the regulation of credit unions by authorizing
    additional powers and defining certain business relationships and
    establishing a penalty.
