                           HOUSE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED

    Senate File 17

         Senator Connolly called up for consideration Senate File 17, a bill
    for an act establishing the state percent of growth for the school
    budget year beginning July 1, 1995, for purposes of the state school
    foundation program and providing effective and applicability date
    provisions, amended by the House, and moved that the Senate concur in
    House amendment S-3026 filed February 2, 1995.
