University in England this fall.

INTRODUCTION OF BILL
Senate File 69, by committee on Ways and Means, a bill for an act
relating to county expenditures of property taxes for mental health and
developmental disabilities costs by providing for reduction of property
taxes, making appropriations, and providing an effective date.

Final Bill Action: *SENATE FILE 68 (SSB 59), a bill for an act relating
to state financial provisions by making an appropriation for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 1994, by establishing a property tax relief fund,
providing for the ending balance in the general fund of the state, and
providing an effective date.
Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.
Final Vote: Ayes, 15: Murphy, Boswell, Bisignano, Black, Dvorsky, Flynn,
Fraise, Gronstal, Halvorson, Hammond, Husak, Judge, Kibbie, Neuhauser
and Vilsack. Nays, none. Pass, 9: Lind, Banks, Bartz, Borlaug, Douglas,
Iverson, McLaren, Rensink and Tinsman. Absent, 1: Kramer.
