         Human Resources

         Relating to health care reform and health care costs by providing
    for   the reulation of insurance and health care plan providers,
    establishing   measures to ddress cases of lead-poisoned children and
    providing for a   contingency for impementation based upon receipt of
    federal funding,   providing for the regulationof tobacco sales and use
    by a city or   county, consolidating regulation of emerency medical
    services,   establishing income tax credits for certain individuals
    establishing   certain individual requirements, requiring certain safety
    equipmnt to   be worn, and providing for penalties, an effective date
    provision, and n applicability provision.

    SSB 22
         Ways & Means

         Relating to the reduction in the individual income tax rates,
    providing for urplus moneys to replace the general fund revenue   loss
    as a result, establishig a rate reduction replacement   fund, and
    appropriating moneys to the cash reseve fund, and   providing effective
    and retroactive applicability date provisions

    SSB 23
         Ways & Means

         Relating to the deduction and credit for amounts paid for tuition
    and textboks for elementary and secondary schools under the state
    individual income tax nd providing effective and applicability   date
    provisions.

    SSB 24
         Ways & Means

         Allowing an individual income tax credit for premiums paid for the
    renewal o a certified long-term care insurance policy or   contract and
    providing an applcability date provision.

    SSB 25
         State Government

         Requiring that a publication whose standards are incorporated   by
    reference i agency rulemaking be purchased and provided by   the agency
    to the administratie rules coordinator for deposit   in the state law
    library.
