CONSIDERATION OF BILLS Unfinished Business Calendar The House resumed consideration of House File 457, a bill for an act providing for pesticides, by providing for notification of application and providing for the elimination of provisions relating to chemigation, previously deferred and placed on the unfinished business calendar. Weigel of Chickasaw asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw the following amendments filed by him: H-3400 filed on March 21, 1995. H-3345 filed on March 20, 1995. H-3724 filed on April 4, 1995. Greiner of Washington offered the following amendment H-3993 filed by her from the floor and moved its adoption:
