H-3980 1 Amend House File 552, as amended, passed, and 2 reprinted by the House, as follows: 3 1. Page 26, by striking lines 24 through 27 and 4 inserting the following: "accumulated sixty dollars 5 in credits for one calendar year. A claim for refund 6 may be filed any time the sixty dollar minimum has 7 been met within the calendar year. If the sixty 8 dollar minimum has not". 9 2. Page 26, line 29, by striking the words "the 10 taxpayer" and inserting the following: "the 11 claimant". 12 3. Page 26, line 31, by striking the words "two 13 hundred fifty" and inserting the following: "sixty". 14 4. Page 40, line 9, by inserting after the word 15 "chapter." the following: "The department of revenue 16 and finance shall adopt rules providing for 17 enforcement under division I and this division of this 18 chapter regarding the use of motor fuel or special 19 fuel in implements of husbandry." 20 5. Page 43, line 14, by inserting after the word 21 "gallon." the following: "However, on-farm storage of 22 undyed special fuel shall be exempt from the inventory 23 requirements and the tax imposed under this section." 24 6. Title page, by striking lines 2 and 3 and 25 inserting the following: "vehicle fuel by requiring 26 supplier's, restrictive supplier's, importer's, 27 exporter's, dealer's, user's, or blender's licenses,". 28 7. By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating 29 and correcting internal references as necessary. The motion prevailed and the House concurred in the Senate amendment H-3980. Halvorson of Clayton moved that the bill, as amended by the Senate and concurred in by the House, be read a last time now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read a last time. On the question "Shall the bill pass?"
