Meyer of Sac offered the following amendment H-3305 filed by him
and moved its adoption:
H-3305
 1     Amend House File 289 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 3, line 7, by striking the word "may" and
 3   inserting the following:  "shall".
Amendment H-3305 was adopted.
Meyer of Sac moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
